Please bear in mind that Mokapuff is a one person run small business, order processing times will vary. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order is packed!

・Regular items: 1-3 weeks to ship out!

・[PREORDER] items: May take several weeks/months before shipping out! Please check and read the individual item descriptions of the item(s) you preordered to see production timelines and estimated ship out periods! Please note that the timeline shown is a rough estimate (ex. roughly in the month of June) and is subject to change. To see how far along we are on the production and shipping timeline, you can always check Preorder Updates.

For shipping address changes, please email me at mokapuffshop@gmail.com ASAP! Addresses cannot be modified once the package ships out.

Your order will be shipped with discreet and minimal packaging to reduce our ecological footprint.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You will be emailed a tracking number once your shipping label is printed.
