Refund policy

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. If the order you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email mokapuffshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the order within 1 week of delivery so we can do our best to remedy things for you!

✿ Order Cancellation Policy:

Please email immediately if you need to cancel an order, full refunds may be issued if contacted within 24 hours of placing an order only if the order has not been made or shipped out yet. After the 24 hour mark of order placement, Mokapuff does not offer any refunds or exchanges. This applies to all orders, including preorders.

By ordering, you understand and are willing to pay for the items you paid for, additional shipping fees charged, and potential taxes/custom fees charged at the discretion of your designated country. 

Shipping delays, production delays, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

Attempting to circumvent refund policies by issuing chargebacks through your bank or payment provider once the designated cancellation window has passed will be ruled in favor of Mokapuff, because by making your purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
