Terms of service

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. If the order you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email mokapuffshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the order within 1 week of delivery so we can do our best to remedy things for you!

If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, please email mokapuffshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note: address changes are no longer possible once your order is already shipped out. The buyer is entirely responsible for redelivery costs due to customer error.

Please ensure that you have the correct address on file to ensure that your order does not get lost. We do not cover any expenses on the part of customer error. Buyers are entirely responsible for updating Mokapuff of address changes and ensuring they have the correct and most up-to-date address on file for their orders/preorders.

Please keep in mind that buyers are entirely responsible for all customs/import fees that may arise from your destination country. If you do not pay these fees, Mokapuff is not responsible for reimbursing your order.

Once the tracking number is sent out, the buyer is entirely responsible for tracking the package and picking it up on time if it ends up being held by a local post office. As a seller, I cannot keep track of every customer’s tracking whereabouts or notify each individual of their tracking status as that is in the hands of the courier/postal service. If the buyer fails to pick up their package in time, the items will be destroyed by the postal service so please monitor your tracking number closely to avoid this situation! If the buyer would like a new package re-made and re-shipped, they will have to pay a re-shipment fee and cover the full cost of a new parcel.
 
The buyer is entirely responsible for inputting the correct shipping address upon ordering. Please ensure that you include all necessary details such as your apartment or unit number, otherwise the parcel will be deemed undeliverable at the courier's discretion. If the buyer would like a new package re-made and re-shipped, they will have to pay a re-shipment fee and cover the full cost of a new parcel.

✿ Order Cancellation Policy:

Please email immediately if you need to cancel an order, full refunds may be issued if contacted within 24 hours of placing an order only if the order has not been made or shipped out yet. After the 24 hour mark of order placement, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. This applies to all orders, including preorders.

By ordering, you understand and are willing to pay for the items you paid for, additional shipping fees charged, and potential taxes/custom fees charged at the discretion of your designated country. 

Shipping delays, production delays, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

Attempting to circumvent refund policies by issuing chargebacks through your bank or payment provider once the designated cancellation window has passed will be ruled in favor of Mokapuff, because by making your purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
