Each individual piece is made to order! It can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for me to get your shipment out as I run this shop alongside a full time job. I typically work a 75 hour week juggling Mokapuff between my main job. I work as efficiently as I can but as I am only one pair of hands operating every aspect of this small business, your patience is greatly appreciated!

For Pre-orders (items that are awaiting materials/supplies), please factor in an additional 2-3 weeks to get your order out as it can take a while to collect materials from overseas.

Chokers are not one size fits all! So I've opted to do made-to-order in order to fulfill the need for custom sizing. The default sizing for our chokers is 12 inches of material with a 1.5 inch extender (13.5 inches in total). I am more than happy to take requests for custom sizing, you will be prompted to input your measurements in the notes box upon reaching the checkout page when you order. Please measure the circumference of the base of your relaxed neck for sizing. I will use this measurement as the span of the material (not including the extender). Chokers should fit comfortably on the base of the neck without any tension, you should be able to slide two fingers between the choker and your neck to ensure comfortability. For more specific details on how to calculate your sizing please refer to the sizing page.

There is always the possibility that some shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once I hand off your package to the shipping courier, the shipping process is completely out of my hands so your patience is greatly appreciated!

Yes! I run every aspect of this shop solo. From designing each individual piece, hand-making the jewelry, material sourcing, graphic design, website design, content curation, social media, packaging, customer service, packing orders, and shipping fulfillment. This is a small business and one-woman show. I appreciate your patience as it is my first time running my own business!

Mokapuff aims to be inclusive of all genders! All jewelry is crafted for anyone it sparks joy in.

Each individual is made to order and crafted especially for you. Due to the hand-made nature of these pieces no two will look exactly alike. There may also be minor imperfections that come with being crafted by hand.

All findings used for earrings and jewelry are 14k/18k gold plated which is a great option for sensitive skin, although it is not guaranteed to be hypoallergenic to everyone. Whether or not your skin reacts to gold plated jewelry is something to look into before making a purchase. I do test all the items on myself before each release but if you have any questions about comfort please contact me!

Yes! The profits I generate from Mokapuff go back into funding my dream of expanding the brand. Mokapuff is starting off small with chokers as it is the most economically feasible for me to start off by specializing in one craft (I can't exactly afford to source materials to numerous types of accessories). I started Mokapuff out of my own pocket savings and am investing in my dreams. I would love to delve into designing other accessories such as garters, earrings, hair pieces and so forth. Eventually, it is my ultimate dream to design high end designer dresses and apparel.

The pompoms might be squashed a bit in shipping, as long as you fluff them they'll be good as new! I do my best to quality check everything before dispatch. However, if anything is defective or damaged please contact me within the first 2 weeks of receiving and I will be happy to work out a solution with you.

Please refrain from getting the chokers wet! They will stay in the best condition if kept out of touch from liquids of any sort. Store in a safe dry space, a jewelry box is ideal!

Chokers/earrings are made to order and made especially for you! We do not accept returns or exchanges on any pieces. If there is any issue with your order please contact mokapuffshop@gmail.com within 2 weeks of receiving your package and I will do my best to remedy the situation. Mokapuff is unable to accept/issue refunds beyond the 2 week mark so please contact immediately if any issue arises with your order.

Please keep in mind that buyers are entirely responsible for all customs/import fees that may arise from your destination country. If you do not pay these fees, Mokapuff is not responsible for reimbursing your order.

Once the tracking number is sent out, the buyer is entirely responsible for tracking the package and picking it up on time if it ends up being held by a local post office. As a seller, I cannot keep track of every customer’s tracking whereabouts or notify each individual of their tracking status as that is in the hands of the courier/postal service. If the buyer fails to pick up their package in time, the items will be destroyed by the postal service. If the buyer would like a new package re-made and re-shipped, they will have to pay a re-shipment fee.
