What is a preorder item?
To "preorder" an item is to purchase it before it has been produced. You are essentially reserving the item and ordering it in advance on a "made to order" basis. Please note that preorders can take months ship due to production timelines, please see the preorder timeline in the product description of the item you are preordering for an estimate. Your payment reserves your item and ensures you get a limited time design! As a small business, I don't have the upfront funding to produce designs in bulk and stock them on shelves. Preordering allows for you to order and pay for the items up front so I have the funding to produce them. It also gives me an idea of how many units to produce. Opening preorders ensures that we only produce the number of units needed according to demand.

Shipping Policy / When are orders sent out?
Each individual piece is made to order! It can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks for me to get your shipment out as I run this shop solo! As I am only one pair of hands operating every aspect of this small business, your patience is greatly appreciated!

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
There is always the possibility that some shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once I hand off your package to the shipping courier, the shipping process is completely out of my hands so your patience is greatly appreciated! Please refer to the tracking number sent to your email for all shipping updates!
Can I add something to my existing order?
Yes if your order has not shipped out yet and you would like to add another item or more please email me at mokapuffshop@gmail.com. Please let me know what item(s) you'd like added. I can make an invoice and safe payment portal for you to pay the additional item cost.
What if I have a question about my order?
Feel free to email me anytime if you have any questions or concerns. I won't be able to reply to direct messages on socials as my inboxes are usually flooded with spam.
What if my item is damaged in shipping?
I do my best to quality check everything before dispatch. However, if anything is defective or damaged please contact me within the first 2 weeks of receiving and I will be happy to work out a solution with you.
