Jewelry Care
✿ Jewelry Care ✿
What materials do you use?
As of 2025, all pieces are made using high quality surgical stainless steel! Gold pieces are made using high quality, 18k gold plated surgical stainless steel! These high quality metals are gentle on sensitive skin and tarnish resistant. The findings and metal finishes are stainless steel.
Charms I use range from Austrian crystal, handmade glass lamp work beads, cubic zirconia, resin, freshwater pearls, gold plated stainless steel, gold plated brass, and Czech beads.
To keep your wearable art in mint condition for as long as possible, please follow these jewelry care instructions:
- Remove jewelry before any contact with water or intense physical activity! Please refrain from getting the chokers wet! They will stay in the best condition if kept out of touch from liquids of any sort. Store in a safe dark and dry space, a jewelry box is ideal!
-
Do not leave your pieces in direct sunlight for long periods of time when not being worn. Resin charms in particular should be stored away from UV rays to preserve the integrity of their colour!
-
If you have any older pieces from me from prior to my switch to only using surgical stainless steel metals and notice any tarnishing, please reach out to me via email! I am happy to replace any findings for you complimentary with your next order!
